Astin will play Rover, a cat who grows up in Dogtown by accident and returns to Catopolis to find his roots. Cuthbert will voice Cleo, Rover’s love interest, who also is sought after by Simon, a ruthless cat-box-litter exec (Tucci). Cumming is set to play Newton, Rover’s guide and friend in Catopolis.

- This is Elisha’s first role voicing an animated character on the big screen. Previous voice work include ‘24: The Game’.
- This project was first announced in April 2005, and was eventually slated for release in 2008. However, in January 2007, Imagi Animation Studios announced that the project was cancelled due to “bad timing.”
